3. Payments

All payments are handled by STRIPE. In general your card will not be charged unless we accept your order.

4.  Order Changes

Online Takeaway Orders that are already accepted by us can no longer be modified or changed. If an order is not made or it has been place at a later date, we may allow changes. Please contact us immediately to make any changes.

5. Our Cancellation Policy

We may not accept your order but due to unavailability or if you want too many modifications on a dish or order. Please use <<ALLERGENE (Optional / Select )>> Botton instead of NOTE box space to inform about Allergies. We will not follow your notes in cases like: extra meat; extra sauce…and more.

We reserve the right to cancel an order/ booking without providing reason but may be due to unavailability or any technical issues.

We will always inform you of any changes to your order and provide a refund if an order is cancelled by us. We will not be held liable for any damages by exercising this right.

6. Refunds

All online payments are handled by STRIPE. A  refunds may cost you processing charge and may take several days.

7. Copyright

All images and content on our site is either copyright to << Bombay Tandoori >> or our 3rd party lincesors and must not be distributed, modified, reproduced or used for any purpose without our prior consent which can be refused at our discretion. This site may be printed but cannot be modified or used in any way for any commercial purpose.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is critical to us. We will never ask for information unless we need it and we will never share your information with anyone except to comply with the law or further develop our product or business and protect our rights. we receive and collect your personal data that you provide us while sending booking request, placing orders or by filling contact forms. Others data e.g. IP-address and browser type, by use of cookies or similar tracking technologies can also be collected.

Usage of this site does require that you accept usage of third party tracking libraries such as Google Analytics to enable site improvements. This data will never be correlated to any personal information of any kind.

9. Marketing Communications

We may use your data to contact you regarding our discount offer, events , new products and services offered by us. Note that information such as table reservation reminders, pick-up for take-away, reminders of unpaid bills, and the like is not recognised as marketing communications.This kind of communications are mostly done by sending e-mails.

10. Your rights

You have the right to request deletion or corrections to be made to personal data held by us.

In normal circumstances, we will disclose the requested information within 30 days.

12. Video Surveillance

Our premises, including the entrance to the restaurant and outdoor seating areas, may be monitored by video surveillance for the safety of both our guests and staff. This is also a precautionary measure to prevent and respond to incidents of burglary, theft, and robbery. Areas under surveillance will be clearly marked with appropriate signage.
